About Us
We are located on the 2nd floor of the East Tower of the Wells Library. We have Federal and State government information and the largest collections of maps and microforms on campus. We are open the same hours as the rest of the East Tower. We also provide classes with tours, demonstrations, and instructional presentations.
Note: Please check IUCat to confirm the location of microfilm at least 24 hours prior to your visit in case you need to request microfilm from the ALF. For questions, e-mail libgimms@indiana.edu.
Microform Consultation Open Hours
Every Friday from 2-4 pm, feel free to drop by for a consultation on how you can use microforms in the classroom, as a part of your own research, or whatever you'd like to discuss! A member of our staff will be availble for you.
