Borrower's Card

A visitor who is not a current IU faculty member, student, or staff member is considered non-affiliated and will require a valid Borrower's Card for access to library materials.

How to Get Your Borrower's Card for Indiana Residents

In most cases, a valid Indiana Driver's license or Indiana State Identification card are required when requesting a Borrower's Card. There is no charge for this service. Borrower's Cards may be obtained at the Wells Library East Tower Circulation Desk during regular operating hours; if you wish to visit another campus library to obtain a Borrower's Card, we advise you call ahead.
