The collection of documents about Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) in Bloomington Indiana and Monroe County spans the early 1980's to the early 2000's. In 2013, the Wells Library and the Monroe County Public Library merged their collections in the 110 archival boxes now safely housed in the ALF.
