Authorized users are not permitted to:

  • Engage in systematic copying, downloading, or printing of licensed content or use manual or automated software, devices or other processes (including, but not limited to, web-crawlers and spiders) within licensed content.

  • Modify or create a derivative work of licensed content or remove, obscure, or modify any copyright or other notices included in the licensed content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise alter, frame, or simulate the appearance of licensed content.

NOTE:  Materials designated by Resource available without restriction are open to the world.  They are not subject to this use policy, although users must still abide by copyright law in using these resources.
