Authorized users are not permitted to:

- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise alter, frame, or simulate the appearance of licensed content.
NOTE: Materials designated by are open to the world. They are not subject to this use policy, although users must still abide by copyright law in using these resources.
