If you are a current carrel holder, you do not need to submit this form. We will email you for renewals at the end of fall, spring, and summer semesters. Please review the Music Library Carrels Guidelines for more information about Music Library carrels.
Empty carrels on the first and second floors, without a current occupant, may be requested specifically by number.
