All reservable rooms in the West Tower are intended for collaborative group study, not for course instruction, office hours, or events. Rooms are available for reservation Monday-Friday. When not reserved, rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

Reservable Rooms in the West Tower
The Learning Commons (West Tower First floor) offers 18 Collaboration Rooms, seating four-to-eight people.
- Reservations can be made on-demand for same day use.
- Students can reserve rooms on their personal devices or using a reservation kiosk located at the north entrance of the Learning Commons (nearest to the 10th Street entrance).
The third and fourth floors of the West Tower have 18 study rooms available.
- Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Students may reserve rooms 3 times per week for a maximum of 2 hours per reservation.
- Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance.
