Wylie House Museum is open to the public Wed.-Sat., 10am - 4pm. Tours are free and guided by docents. The museum is closed on major holidays and during Indiana University Thanksgiving, winter, and spring breaks. Wylie House is always accessible through its virtual tour via Research Technologies, UITS. The museum also offers an 
AVT Accessible Virtual Tour by AVA Inclusivity, Inc. IU student tours, research visits, and large group tours can be arranged by calling (812) 855-6224 or emailing libwylie @ indiana.edu.

Built in 1835 by Andrew Wylie, first president of Indiana University, the Wylie House is now a historic house museum administered by the IU Libraries. The museum is open to the public and serves as a campus resource for classes and research. Wylie House is located just southwest of campus, near the original campus location. Collections include family artifacts, photographs, and archival materials. Digital exhibits can be found on the museum's online exhibit platform.
