Wellness at Wells extends Wellness Services through Spring 2017!

Wellness at Wells for the Spring 2017 semester is on Wednesdays from 1-3pm

Are you a student or other IU community member who wants information on maintaining a more balanced and well-rounded, healthy lifestyle? Are you interested in trying out Aromatherapy with essential oils or getting a mini chair massage?

Come discover your wellness potential at Wells Library!

The IU Health Center and IU Libraries' Herman B Wells Library are pleased to announce that health self-assessments and mini health services will be offered in the Learning Commons (LC). Services will carry on throughout the Spring 2017 semester:

  • Wednesdays 1-3pm in Learning Commons room 138 and the Service Hub

Trained Wellness Coaches can help users on a walk-in basis by offering self-assessments and giving information regarding:

• Nutrition
• Tobacco Cessation
• Massage Therapy (Wednesdays 1-3pm in Learning Commons classroom 138)
• Stress Management
• Sexual Health Education
• Well Coaching
• Aromatherapy
• Biofeedback
Wellness Coaches can also direct students to other campus and community resources.
