Southeast Asian Studies

About the Southeast Asian Collection

Although the IU Libraries have always collected relevant materials, Southeast Asian Studies represents a newly focused undertaking both at the Libraries and at IUB. The collection is primarily intended to support teaching and research for the Southeast Asian Studies & ASEAN Program in the School of Global and International Studies. Current emphasis is placed on the Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand, with language collections focused on Indonesian, Thai, and English. Materials are collected across academic programs throughout the humanities, arts, and social sciences.
