Bishop Bar
123 S. Walnut St.
Bloomington, IN 47404

Come beat the heat and let’s gather round the fire of the ole’ 16mm projection lamp. It’s guaranteed to illumnate how to stay cool while you’re having fun in the sun! This sizzling program, carefully selected from IU’s film collection, will help you to navigate the pleasures and perils of the Indiana state fair, alert you to the dangers of sunburn, set you on the path to a lucrative future in lemonade, and much more. Oh--and don’t forget the beach ball!

All films will be screened on 16mm as they would have been experienced in classrooms from the 1940s to the 1990s.
