Looking for the latest research on topics like disease or the environment and aren't sure where to start?

Need to do some scientific, biomedical, or clinical research, but don't have a scientific or health-sciences background?

This workshop is for you. Jason Burton, Librarian for MedicineNursingOptometryPsychological and Brain Sciences, and Speech & Hearing Sciences, will introduce several key databases in these subject areas, such as Scopus, Web of Science and PubMed, and share information to help you get started finding high-quality, current research on your topic of interest. 

This session will be offered twice in the spring semester:

  • Thursday January 26, 2 - 3p, Wells Library W138 (Learning Commons classroom)
  • Tuesday April 4, 10 - 11a, Wells Library W144
