IU Libraries Publishing featured
during inaugural Library Publishing Showcase Week (Feb. 23–27)

Books Published by IU Libraries Publishing
IU Libraries Publishing is being featured by the Library Publishing Coalition (LPC) during the inaugural Library Publishing Showcase Week, taking place February 23–27, 2026.
IU Libraries Publishing is highlighted in the Publications and Programs / Cost Savings category, which spotlights how library publishing can reduce barriers to publishing and reading through diamond open access—publications that are free for both authors and readers.
IU Libraries Publishing is IU Bloomington’s diamond open-access publisher of long-form nonfiction by the IU Bloomington community, created and coordinated by Adam Mazel. The program uses a digital-first, fit-for-purpose approach that prioritizes access and sustainability. Colleagues who work with faculty, alumni, or IU-affiliated centers are encouraged to share this feature and connect potential authors with IU Libraries Publishing.
Library Publishing Showcase Week is a community-wide celebration of the creativity, innovation, and impact of library publishing. Featured submissions were selected from across the LPC community and highlight how library publishing supports authors, students, researchers, and scholarly communities through publications, partnerships, and locally tailored services.
