Organizational Strategy & Scholarly Communication
About Us
IU Libraries is guided by its organizationally developed 2030 Strategic Plan, published in 2024. Through leadership of the Strategic Plan Steering Committee, we operationalize plan goals into activities, providing guidance and resources to collaborative teams organized around strategies. The Diversity Strategic Plan and Diversity Committee are also operationalized by this division.
IU Libraries believes equitable access to data, research, and information is foundational to the production of knowledge. We are dedicated to activating this principle within the IU community. We support our faculty and students in creating, sharing, amplifying, and preserving their scholarly work through Scholarly Communication services and infrastructure.
