Open Lab - Browsing for Science Books; Retrieving Items from Storage; using InterLibrary Loan

October 13th 2015 @ 1:00pm
Ballantine Hall 108
Bloomington, IN 47405

Join this open lab any time during the hour to learn more about how to harness the power of IUCAT, IU Libraries database of book volumes (and more).  Now that most book items are in our Auxiliary Library Facility (Storage), it's important to understand how to browse the collection electronically.  We will also address retrieval from storage and using interlibrary loan services when IU does not own the materials in need. No registration required.

This session is part of the Scholars' Commons Workshops Tools In Context series. Confused about all the tools available for research? These sessions introduce new tools, products and frameworks that IU researchers have tested and found useful, as well as favorites like EndNote and Zotero.
