One Mail impacts some library resources

Read this if you used an indiana.edu email address for a library resource

Some of the resources IU Libraries buys for you, such as the New York Times, AdAge, or the Financial Times, require users to create individual accounts using your Indiana University email account.

Due to the One Mail Initiative, if you used your indiana.edu email address to create a personal account for an electronic resource, you may need to take action before December 31, 2025 .

Because each of these resources is purchased from a different publication or vendor, access and required steps are also different.  For this reason, we have created a list of about 40 resources that require individual users to take action.  In many cases, it is much easier to make the change in advance of the final email change.

Is the resource you need not listed? Please reach out to the Libraries for help via chat, email or phone.
