OER Summer Sprint Application

The OER Summer Sprint Program aims to reduce the cost of learning materials for students. We will provide instructors with a stipend, the expertise of librarians and instructional technologists, and the opportunity to learn alongside their peers. Fellows are required to adopt no-cost or low-cost course materials. They can use a variety of solutions to do so, including Open Educational Resources (OER), library eBooks and databases, and instructor-created materials.

The 2025 Summer Spring Program:

  • In-person Workshops May 20 & 21
  • On going consultations for project specific support

Not sure if there are existing materials to support your project? Check out the Finding OER section of the Open Educational Resources Research Guide.

Does this sound great, but you're more interested in a longer term project? Check out the Course Materials Fellowship Program
