Have you been avoiding the Government Information department out of fear of not being able to find the item you need because you do not understand the call numbers? There is a new guide available on the IU libraries website to help you understand government documents classification. The Superintendent of Dcouments Classification (SuDoc) Scheme is the way in which federal government documents are cataloged and organized. With the help of a few rules and tips outlined in the guide mentioned above you should be able to find what you need in no time at all! And, remember the library staff are always ready to help.
For help and more information visit the Government Information, Maps and Microform Services department on the 2nd floor of the East Tower of the Wells Library.
