Meredith Knoff plans for the assessment and best use of the Wells Library Learning Commons spaces and serves as a liaison to partner units who offer services within the space. Other activities include overseeing research assistance for students in the Learning Commons, and coordinating events such as the annual Herman B House Party (part of the annual Welcome Week festivities).
Meredith’s research interests include library space planning, inquiry-based and active learning, information literacy, and accessibility and cultural competency in the library. She currently serves as the web editor on the Communication Committee for the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) Instruction Section.
Meredith received her Master of Science in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2016, and joined the IU Libraries in 2018.
