• No food; covered drinks only. Eating is permitted in the lobby and café.
  • Personal items left unattended after 15 minutes, without a reservation, will be removed.
  • Priority use of Media Rooms is reserved for Moving Image Collections & Archives staff, students and faculty within the Media School, and patrons working with media generally.
  • Room may not be scheduled for course instruction, office hours, or events.
  • Patrons may schedule rooms:
    • 3 weeks in advance, but no less than 24 hours in advance;
    • For a maximum of 3 times per week; and
    • For a maximum of 2 hours per session.
  • The rooms are available on a first come, first served basis and reservations are not required or permitted during the following times:
    • Monday-Thursday after 8pm;
    • Friday after 5pm;
    • All day Saturday & Sunday; and
    • During holiday and school breaks.
  • Patrons without a reservation will be asked to vacate the room in the event another individual or group has the room scheduled, or in the event that the space is needed for media-related activities.
  • Patrons who do not show up within 30 minutes of their designated time will forfeit their privileges.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with room number and reservation date/time.
