- When using library spaces, please abide by campus health and safety regulations.
- Rooms are intended for collaborative group study, not for course instruction, office hours, or events.
- Reservations needing the use of video equipment will have priority.
- Priority use of Media Rooms are reserved for Moving Image Collections & Archives staff, students and faculty within the Media School, and patrons working with media generally.
- IUB Faculty, Staff, and Students may schedule rooms:
- Up to three weeks in advance, but no less than 24 hours in advance
- for a maximum of 3 times per week; and
- for a maximum of 2 hours
- No food and only covered drinks allowed in the rooms. Eating is permitted in the lobby and café.
- When the rooms are not reserved, they are available on a first-come, first served basis.
- Reservations are not required nor permitted during the following times:
- Two hours prior to closing -- see Media Services Hours
- During the Summer sessions
- Over the holiday and/or school breaks.
- Patrons who do not show up within 30 minutes of their designated time will forfeit their privileges.
- Patrons not complying with the above policies may be asked to vacate the rooms by library staff.
