As the Event and Hospitality Coordinator for IU Libraries, Lindsey Schaffer provides logistical support and direction for events hosted by all Libraries units. This work often involves serving as a liaison with relevant vendors, partner organizations, departments, and/or facilities and ensures event plans adhere to stipulated budget, specifications, policies, and standard procedures. In addition to her event work, Lindsey is responsible for managing all ordering, inventory, and distribution of Libraries and IU-branded promotional items. 

Lindsey received her B.A. in English from The College of Saint Benedict and her M.A. in museum education from Tufts University. Prior to joining IU Libraries, she was a Special Collections Assistant at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
