Permission to publish images from the collections of the Lilly Library must be obtained in writing from the library. The fees listed below cover publication in hard copy, moving image, recorded sound, or electronic media, and are for non-exclusive one-time use of a single image unless otherwise indicated and are levied over and above reproduction costs. Use fees are calculated on a “per image” basis.
PUBLICATION USE Images for production, exhibition, or display purposes. Use fees include one-time, one-use, premiere broadcast, single language publication rights. Subsequent issues, editions, reprints, and/or broadcasts will require payment of additional fees.
