We are prioritizing materials for IU Fall 2024 classes and research by offering free digitization services, with some limits. See below for details.
We are limited in our ability to fulfill large digitization requests. We may not be able to process orders that span a large number of boxes.
Prices listed here are for reference use only. Please consult with library staff for more specific cost estimates.
There is a $5.00 minimum charge for all orders for non-IU-affiliated patrons.

Because we anticipate a high volume of requests, all orders will be limited to 250 page images per person per semester.
This includes all formats.
Example: 200 PDF pages + 50 JPG images = semester limit
Semesters run roughly January - April, May - August, and September - December.
