The Indiana University Library System includes the libraries on the Bloomington campus, the IUPUI campus, and the six other campuses. As the largest library system in Indiana, it serves the faculty, students, and staff of Indiana University, all citizens of Indiana, and scholars from around the nation and the world. As of June 30, 2003, the Bloomington campus libraries held 6,770,948 volumes, or 69 percent of the system's total holdings of 9,806,573 volumes.
