Some users are currently experiencing problems with the “Request via ILL” link in the WorldCat and Worldcat.org interfaces. After authenticating, users are seeing the following message: “The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.”
We are investigating the problem.
If you encounter this problem, please contact us. Knowing what your search terms were and which search results you tried to request may help us investigate the issue.
In the meantime, the following workaround is available:
- While on the affected WorldCat record page, scroll down slightly, and you will see a link: "IU-Link: Check For Availability." Clicking on this link will take you to a record page on the IU Libraries site.
- On the IU Libraries record page, you will seen a link to "Request the item via IU-Bloomington Document Delivery Service (ILL).”
- If you click on that link, you will be directed through IU Login and to the completed ILL form. Double check the form (in particular the "Not Wanted After Date" and "Will you accept an alternate edition of this item?" questions) and click "Submit Request" at the bottom of the form.
If you have any questions, please ask us!
