Intro to Network Graphs

Network graphs are amazingly useful to for visualizing connections between interdependent items. Using both pen and paper and Cytoscape, this session will introduce the concept of network graphs, step through the process of building an analog network, and then explain how to use Cytoscape to make your network digital. Prerequisites: Install Cytoscape from http://www.cytoscape.org/.​
