Indiana Plans for Depository Library Services
On August 17, 2001, Franceis J. Buckley, Jr., the Superintendent of Documents, sent a memo to Depository Library Directors providing background information about state plans. The memo and attachment are provided here in pdf.
Doug Conrads, Serials/Documents Cataloger at the Indiana State Library provided an excellent history of Indiana state plans for documents, IPDLS History(Word Document) or in HTML IPDLS History(HTML).

U.S. FDLP Desktop provides copies of Administrative Notes and other documents that detail what FLDP state plans should include.
FDLP Shared Vision for the Future: At the FDLP meeting in October 2012 in Washington, D.C., announcements were made concerning new plans. The preliminary details for the State Forecasts and Action Plans have been released on the FDLP Desktop.
