Interlibrary Loan & Document Delivery Services Upgrade: Scheduled Downtime August 9 - 11 2016

July 25th 2016

We've been working hard this summer to upgrade the system that powers our document delivery services: interlibrary loan, request article delivery, and distance education requests. We'll be migrating to a newer version, accessible via a new URL that reflects the new campus indiana.edu domain.

This upgrade will simply update the underlying software, so don't worry: the general process for requesting and retrieving documents won't be disrupted. The good news is that we have been able to integrate a couple of improvements for you: the new system will rely on CAS authentication for access, and we're taking this opportunity to refresh the look and feel with a responsive, mobile-ready interface.

While we make the transition, there will be a scheduled downtime from Tuesday August 9th – Thursday August 11th.  During this downtime, requesting will be totally unavailable.

After the new system is up and running, you'll find us at a new URL. While we advise you to update your bookmarks at that time, we'll be redirecting all traffic to the new URL so your links will still work.
