Looking for the perfect study spot? Need to write a paper? The Learning Commons offers a variety of areas to fit whatever you are looking for. The first, fourth, and fifth floors of the West Tower are intended for collaboration and group study, while the second and third floors are designated quiet areas. Computer workstations can be found on the first, second, fourth, and fifth floors. If you need to meet with a group, we have rooms available to reserve either in advance or on-demand. - IU students can reserve these rooms for same day use.
- Students can reserve rooms on their personal devices or using a reservation kiosk located at the north entrance of the Learning Commons (nearest to the 10th Street entrance).
- Reservations can be made thirty minutes in advance.
The Third and Fourth floors of the West Tower have 13 group rooms available.
- Students may reserve rooms 3 times per week for a maximum of 2 hours per reservation.
- If a room has not been reserved, it is available for student use on a first come, first served basis.
- Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance.
