U.S. copyright law accommodates the needs of educators to use copyrighted materials in teaching to varying degrees. This hour-long workshop, presented by Naz Pantaloni, will cover fair use and other limitations on the exclusive rights of copyright owners to allow for educational uses of copyrighted materials in classroom instruction and distance education.
