On September 17, 1787 the United States Constitution was finalized and signed by the delegates to the Constitutional Convention. Today, we celebrate this document of our country's legal frame and our rights as citizens on Constitution Day each year: in 2016 it is Friday September 16th.
Be one of the first ten visitors to stop by the GIMMS circulation/reference desk and mention Constitution Day this Friday to receive a free pocket U.S. Constitution!
