The Business/SPEA Information Commons has sixteen group study rooms that may be checked-out for group (approximately 2-6 people) work. The rooms contain a computer with a large wall-mounted monitor that can project a laptop screen. In addition, a whiteboard and table are available.

Group Room Walk-ins
Groups of two or more may check-out a group study room key at the service desk.  Rooms are available for a two-hour period on a first-come, first-served basis. Group rooms may be renewed for another two hour period as long as no wait list exists.  Fines for keys returned late accumulate at a rate of $10.00 per hour or any part of an hour. When all group rooms are in use, guests may request their names be added to a wait list.  In fairness to all, guests currently using a group room may not have their names added to the wait list.

Group Room Reservations
Rooms 154, 156, 158, and 160 may be reserved up to a week in advance for groups of two or more, except during I-Core, finals week, and other restricted periods. Reservations are limited to one, two-hour period per group per day.  The group member requesting the reservation must present his/her university ID at the service desk when making the reservation and also when picking up the key at the reserved time.  Keys will only be checked out to the group member who made the reservation.  Keys not picked up within ten minutes of the reserved start time will be made available to others on a first come, first serve basis.  Reserved rooms may be renewed for another two hour period as long as the room is free for the next two hours and no wait list exists.  Fines for keys returned late accumulate at the rate of $10.00 per hour or any part of an hour.
