• Kelley and SPEA faculty, staff, and students have priority in reserving Business/SPEA Information Commons’ study rooms. Room reservations are not accepted by individuals not affiliated with IU-Bloomington.
  • Room reservations must be made using your primary IU email address (@iu.edu or @indiana.edu) exactly as listed in the IU Directory. Reservations from other or non-IU email addresses will not be accepted.
  • Reservations must be for group work involving 2-6 people. Rooms may not be reserved for solitary use.
  • Reservations may be made for a maximum time period of 2 consecutive hours per day. Only one reservation may be made per day.
  • The group member making the reservation must present their Crimson Card ID at the service desk to check out the key at the reserved time. Keys will not be checked out to anyone other than the group member who made the reservation.
  • If keys are not picked up within 10 minutes of the reservation start time, the room will be made available to others on a first come, first served basis.
  • Groups must vacate the room and return the key by the end of their reservation time.
  • Fines for keys returned late accumulate at the rate of $10.00 per hour or any part of an hour.
  • The group member making the reservation will be held accountable for any damage to the room or misconduct by any group members while using the room.
  • If you are in a room without a reservation, you will be asked to vacate the room.
  • If you have stayed in the room past your reservation and there is another group waiting for the room, you will be asked to vacate.
  • Student Organizations are not allowed to use our study rooms for events or recruitment. Contact Student Life & Learning Space Reservations for campus room reservations and procedures.
