The Wells Library Makerspace is expanding our equipment checkout pilot program. IU students, faculty, and staff are eligible to borrow equipment for creative projects. Start a podcast with our Blue Yeti microphone, make a short film using a Canon DSLR camera, or compose your next masterpiece with the Moog Theremini.
All checkouts and returns take place in the Makerspace, located on the first floor of the West Tower of Wells Library in room W106. Equipment checkout is available during drop-in hours. You can also reserve equipment ahead of time. For more information, contact libmaker @ indiana.edu.
The Makerspace also has several equipment items that can be used in the library, including a sewing machine, buttonmaker, and vinyl cutter.
