Audiovisual Metadata Platform

Audiovisual Metadata Platform (AMP) is a research project to develop an open source software system that enables the efficient generation of metadata to support discovery and use of digitized and born-digital audio and moving image collections, through workflows that combine human expertise with AI-assisted automation. The project has been developed collaboratively by Indiana University Libraries, AVP, University of Texas at Austin, and the New York Public Library and supported by grants from the Mellon Foundation between 2017-2023.

More information on AMP is available in the project wiki and GitHub repository.
