Request forms and ad files are due no later than 5:00 pm Wednesdays prior to the Monday you want the ad to appear. IU Libraries reserve the right to decline submissions based on screen availability and submitter's adherence to the IU Digital Screen Ad Guidelines.
Note: Digital ads are scheduled on a weekly basis, with new rotation start dates on Mondays and end dates on Sundays. Submit by the preceding Wednesday at 5pm for inclusion in the new rotation the following Monday.
Ad should be sent in PNG format, 1920 x 1080 pixels (landscape orientation), 72 dpi, and should follow the IU Digital Screen Ad Guidelines.
