20th Century Graphic Design Leaders Exhibit

November 16th 2014

Come and see the new Fine Arts Library Exhibit on 20th Century Graphic Design Leaders. For this exhibit, MFA and BFA graphic design students participated in a joint research and design project. The students researched a leader in graphic design and then created their own poster, which not only provides information about the designer but also visually captures the essence of that designer’s work. The historic designers represented include Alexey Brodovitch, Cipe Pineles, Seymour Chwast, Oxl Aicher, Michael Vanderbyl, and Charles S. Anderson, to name a few. The exhibit provides both a historical look at 20th century graphic design as well as an demonstration of the talent exhibited by our very own students from the Henry Radford Hope School of Fine Arts.

Don’t miss out on this interesting exhibit! It closes on December 5, 2014!
